Primary + Secondary Logo After completing research and establishing a direction with you, I’ll sketch and refine ideas until I have the best logo concept (including primary, secondary, + brand marks) to present to you.

Brand Style Guide Your brands “one sheet”, a brief guide of your new visual identity which outlines both logo usage as well as design element considerations for your brand.

Your brand identity design or visual identity is one of the most important parts of communicating your brand and generating increased brand recognition. Typography (Typeface) Recommendations for brand fonts, with examples of how to use them.

Colour Palette Specifications for the colours in your logo, plus a secondary palette that coordinates. Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and hexidecimal codes provided.

Brand Style Guide A multipage document that describes the elements of your brand and ensures consistent communications. It includes specs for the logo, usage rules, colour palette + typography specs, graphic elements, and any other elements unique to your brand.

Brand Research Setting the direction for the design work to come we pinpoint the unique attributes of your business and find the main personality of your brand.

Primary + Secondary Logo Establishing a direction with you through a mood board that aligns what we have discovered about your unique place in the market and who your specific audience is. Refining ideas until the best concept (including primary + secondary logos + brand marks) is presented to you. The concept will be applied to mock products to test how it would work in the “real world” helping you see your new logo in all its capabilities.

Brand Style Guide A multipage document that outlines the elements of your brand and ensures consistent communications, including specs for the logo and usage rules. Colour palette (specifications for the colours in your logo, plus a secondary palette that coordinates – Pantone, CMYK, RGB, + hexadecimal codes)/ Typography (recommendations for brand fonts, with examples of how to use them) / Graphic Elements + Patterns (graphic shapes, lines, custom patterns, or other elements that flesh out your brand’s visual theme).

The Brand Identity
Design Process.

Proposal

Together we’ll determine the scope and timeline. I’ll send you the proposal and contract with terms and once approved a 50% deposit is required to begin work.

Discovery + Development

Research, arguably the most important step in the brand identity design process. I’ll provide a questionnaire to help pinpoint the soul of your brand and from here I will assemble a one page creative brief and mood-board for you to approve before any design work begins. Then, what I do best! Through reference of the creative brief I balance the limitations embracing the aesthetic of any stylistic direction provided, exploring numerous iterations and honing them down to a final concept based on what will be most effective for your project goals.

Presentation

We can either meet in person (location permitting) or hop on a call to present your NEW brand identity design and walk you through the design rationale.

Launch

Time to show the world your spanking new brand identity design.
